Had an appointment to install a new set of tires first thing this morning. The job was finished & I was back on the road in 20 minutes. Simply fantastic! Best place to for wheels & tire. Wide product selection & excellent service.

I have 3 vehicles and I’ve been using the same location for years. I just made my current purchase online and scheduled my appointment for 8am. Checked in (I was there at 7:40am) vehicle in bay at8:30am. Finished in about 25min. My only issue really is tire pressure. Unless 4 different people did each tire how is the pressure off. I know the tire says max pressure stamped on it. Maybe you can let your guys know that there is a tag/sticker on every vehicle in the door. Listed recommend tire pressure by manufacturer. Or ask the customer what they prefer. Also no more coffee? For the price of tire I would think coffee wouldn’t cut into discount tires franchise owners budget. I fixed the pressures when I got home.

Brandon was amazing. We called him on a Saturday at 4pm to see if we could have 5 new tires put on. He was literally waiting for us in the parking lot. Took my truck back immediately and was completed in less than 30 minutes. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Who EXPECTS a flat? Ever? Well, like a cracked windshield, it seems unavoidable in SeTx, right?! Imagine: Headed to Houston, to a doctor’s appointment, a pressure indicator says, “You’ve got a problem.” Kolter at Discount Tire said, “No problem.” We were in and the roofing nail was out in 90 minutes. Not bad. Without hurrying, we made it to the appointment with minutes to spare. There was a 40% chance of rain that day, & our wiper blades were worn out. Kolter handled that, too. Great folks, efficient service. Grateful. As Arnold would say, “I’ll be back,”
